Small Group Training

Small Group Training is ideal for friends, couples, corporate groups, or community groups.  The programme is designed to eliminate the barriers of a busy schedule and support a healthier lifestyle.  Your group sessions will include a vast array of training and workouts that will suit all fitness levels and most of all be fun and challenging. It’s the perfect way to take your mind off things, have fun in a group session and de-stress!

The great thing is that you don’t have to travel anywhere; I’ll come to you either in the privacy of your home, a local park, or your workplace.
