Whether you’re training at home, in a gym or park, with or without equipment, each programme is designed specifically for you. Our 4-weekly personalised training programmes are tailor-made to achieving your goals. This written programme gives you specific exercises to:

  • Target problem areas,

  • Achieve personal goals,

  • Address any injuries, as well as giving you unlimited support from me, YOUR personal trainer.

As your strength and fitness improve, your programme is adapted to ensure it keeps you motivated, challenged and inspired.

 

Pricing 

$60    =    Initial 4 week programme  

$50    =    4 week programme there after 

 

As a new member, take advantage of the PT kickstarter. Kick start your training by booking in your first 3 PT sessions and receive your 4th session free. Here we can further discuss your goals, take measurements (if desired), review correct movement patterns and technique, and assess your fitness level to ensure you begin your training set to succeed.
