Welcome to the world of running. You’ve set yourself the challenge of your first 5km, 10km, or it might even be a half marathon. Congratulations! Now it's time to put a programme in place to build on your running endurance, speed and strength and get you race ready.
Each running programme is tailored to your goals, with all of the support you'll need. My focus is to have you running, injury free, every step of the way.
$30 = Initial 4 week programme
$20 = 4 weekly programme thereafter
4 weekly check in's are essential.
